Returns and exchanges

At Cusart you have a 7-day money-back guarantee from the day you received the order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

1. Returns

  • Proof or purchase receipt (payment confirmation email)
  • Email from which the purchase was made
  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • References of those items to be returned

Always wait to receive our answer before proceeding with the shipment.

Note that:

  • Transportation charges are your responsibility.
  • The products must be in the same condition in which they arrived at their destination.
  • The packaging must be secure as long as the order does not arrive damaged.
  • Keep the order number for shipment tracking.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

3. Changes

If you want to change the product, the process is the same as for a return. You can send the product you do not want and place another order on the Website.

In those cases in which the order was made during a promotional campaign and had a discount, the amount to be returned will be calculated on the refund. In the event that the requirements for the return are not met, the amount of the refund will be discounted.

If you are sending a product with a value greater than S /. 300.00, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your return.
